- Dimensions (Width, Length, Eave Height, Roof Slope)
- Information on Additional Features (Parapets, Canopies,
Mezzanines, Roof Top Units, Partition Walls, Cranes, etc.)
- Number of Framed Openings (All Windows and Doors)
- What Kind of Drawings You Are Looking For
- Structural Drawings (Required for Permitting)
- Fabrication Drawings (Not Required for Permitting)

Eave Height: The height where the side wall meets the roof.
Parapet: This is where the wall extends up past the eave height.
Canopy: This is where a roof hangs from the walls or when the
roof extends past the walls.
Bi-Fold Doors: This is a large door (usually 60 to 80 feet wide) that
folds when it opens. This is primarily used for
airplane hangars.
Mezzanine: This is an elevated floor.
